I compared the schematics of the 1472 and 1482 and they appear identical except for the value of resistors R24 (270Ω vs. 220Ω), and R35 (27K vs. 15K), capacitor C9 (25µF vs. 10µF), and transformer T2, the power transformer from 250-0-250V to 350-0-350V (undoubtedly there has also been a change to the output transformer, but I can't find the value for the 1482 on any ...

Still trying to figure out replacement speaker, etc. I've read through this thread, but I don't think I want to change the amp to be more "Fendery" but I have noticed that it gets really flubby sounding when I plug in a high-output P90 loaded guitar.Also it farts out with an overdrive pedal that has any hair to it.

I checked my amp and it had a 25uf/25V in place. b-Cathode Resistor-The 1472 schematic shows 220 Ohm/5 watt and 1482 shows 270 Ohm/5 watt. My 1482 has a 270 Ohm/5 watt in place. 2-In the Tremolo circuit: a-R26 is 2 Meg on the 1472 schematic and on the 1482 is 2.2 Meg.
